The site will prompt you through a log-in process, which sets up a password for easy access on repeat visits. Once you are logged in, all it takes to post a job is to fill out a simple online form. Job postings are instantly available. Once the position is filled, you can simply log back into the site and delete the posting.
The process to search for Non Profit jobs is a snap. Job seekers can simply enter in the type of Non Profit career they are looking for, the category, geographic location and key word information to pursue the large number of open positions. From there, applicants contact the nonprofit organization of interest directly, thus maintaining the confidentiality of their search.
